Meritra is an anonymous studio that ships Excel and PowerPoint templates for SaaS and fintech operators — the models, dashboards, and decks that finance, strategy, and RevOps teams actually send to boards and investors.
What we do. We build templates to the standard expected at venture-backed companies: GAAP-consistent, audit-traceable, editable without breaking. Every file is tested in Excel 2016 and above and in current Google Sheets. Every KPI is scored against current private-SaaS benchmarks. Every update is versioned publicly.

Why we're anonymous. We're a small team that prefers the work speak first. The templates — not the founders — are what you're buying. Over time, if the work is good, that's what matters.
Our methodology. Every Meritra template is built against a specific, verifiable standard. Our financial models follow GAAP-consistent three-statement integration. Cohort retention uses the standard monthly triangular method. KPIs are scored against median and top-quartile figures published by Benchmarkit, SaaS Capital, Bessemer, and OpenView for the most recent available year. When benchmarks shift — as the Burn Multiple median did from 1.2x to 1.4x between Q3 2024 and Q4 2025 — we version the relevant template and publish a changelog entry the same week.
