1. Who We Are

Meritra is an independent digital studio operating at meritra.co. We sell digital financial templates and board-ready documents. For privacy inquiries, contact hello@meritra.co.

2. What We Collect and Why

• Email address: Collected when you request a free resource on our Resources page or contact us via the contact form. Used to deliver the requested resource or respond to your inquiry.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Polar (polar.sh). We do not see, store, or process your credit card number or billing address. Polar is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Purchase records: After a completed purchase through Polar, we receive your email address and the product purchased. Retained for product delivery and tax compliance.
• Aggregated website analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across sites or devices, and does not collect personal identifiers. Data is aggregated and anonymous.
• Advertising measurement: We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this site to measure the performance of LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This tag may set a cookie and collect data about your visit for attribution purposes. You can opt out of LinkedIn tracking in your LinkedIn account settings or via the cookie consent banner on this site.

3. Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Specifically:

• Plausible Analytics: Cookieless. No consent required under GDPR.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: Uses a cookie for ad attribution. Requires consent. If you decline, the tag is not activated.

We do not use any other tracking cookies, advertising networks, or third-party pixel tracking beyond what is described above.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed below, which are required to operate our business.

5. Subprocessors

• Replit (replit.com): Website hosting and infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

• Resource request emails: Retained until you request deletion.
• Purchase records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance under Argentine law.
• Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR for EEA residents and CCPA for California residents) to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. International Transfers

Our subprocessors (Polar, Resend, Plausible, LinkedIn) may store and process data outside your country of residence. Each processor has committed to appropriate data transfer mechanisms where required by law.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page if you have an ongoing relationship with us.
