Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing meritra.co or purchasing any product from Meritra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access the site or purchase any products.

2. Who We Are

Meritra is an independent digital studio that creates and sells premium financial templates, scorecards, and board-ready documents. All products are delivered digitally. We operate as an anonymous studio; purchases are processed through Polar (polar.sh), our authorized payment and delivery partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law to purchase products from Meritra. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Products and Delivery

All products sold by Meritra are digital downloads (Excel workbooks, PDF documents, PowerPoint files). Upon successful payment, Polar delivers your file(s) to the email address you provided at checkout. Meritra does not ship physical goods. If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes of purchase, contact hello@meritra.co.

5. License

Your use of the templates is governed by our License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use by one individual or team within one organization. Resale, redistribution, and sublicensing are prohibited.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. Our full policy is on the Refund Policy page. Refunds are processed through Polar within 5–10 business days.

7. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Promotional pricing (including founding-member discounts) is time-limited and subject to expiration without notice. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, design elements, and underlying methodologies are the intellectual property of Meritra. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Your license is limited to the rights expressly stated in the License Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Meritra does not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that the data and benchmarks contained therein are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meritra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Meritra's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use Meritra products to create competing products for resale, train machine-learning models, or engage in any activity that infringes on Meritra's intellectual property rights. Any use beyond the scope of the License Agreement constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
