Refund Policy
Effective date: April 2026
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- You contact us at hello@meritra.co within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- You provide a reasonable description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Refunds are not granted where the product has been downloaded and used substantively, except in cases of demonstrable defect in the product.
EU/UK customers: by downloading the product, you acknowledge that performance has begun and you waive your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), except for the 14-day guarantee above.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future refund eligibility.
